At first glance, this is a home that oozes style and a strong sense of masculinity. "The design and layout of the house is one of the transparency," explains architect Paul Mtwa of MTWA Architects. Expansive glazing forms a soft shell around the house, bringing the exterior in and interior out. Its east-west axis invites the South African sunlight into all the living and private spaces. Once inside, the living and entertainment spaces lead into one another with barriers and this creates the foundation for a contemporary experience.
