Located in one of the most important and scenic areas of the city of Cape Town, the design of a brand new residential complex is clearly the symbol of a general renewal of the area and the style, both for its future residents and for the city itself.

The radical transformation of the space created by the project involves the creation of an articulated architectural volume capable of framing the best panoramic views with amazing volumetric cuts of floors and terraces. Riding radically from the compositional logic that dominates the new urban architectural fabric, and trying to reverse a now-rooted trend, this new architecture highlights the design choices of Italian design while maintaining some aspects typical of the tradition.
